- We do not cover import taxes and duties. However, we now provide and charge you an accurate amount for duty and tax charges at the time of checkout. This ensures a streamlined post-purchase journey. This service is provided through DHL.
- If selecting 1-2 day mail service, please understand that the shipping time only begins as soon as the shipping carrier receives the package and is only valid on business days (Monday - Friday). Due to items being handmade to order, orders can take up to 4 weeks to process before your package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please see item info for expected turnaround time.

Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.
