About

The brand Nikki Marie was established in my last year of the fashion program at West Valley College in 2012. However, I've been designing since I was a little girl tailoring my dolls clothes and dreaming of a fashion house of my own someday.
Currently Paused On Clothing Production
For 2025, I have decided to take a small break from clothing production after handmaking all of my past collections by hand myself. I am focusing on my original artwork scarves for the time being until I can hire a full tailoring staff. We are still open! Just switching gears.

Our Mission is to help you become your most authentic self, while having fun with fashion, feeling joyful, and creating high quality unique pieces that are both sustainably and ethically made.

Ethical & Sustainable:
Nikki Marie starts at a design level in Sonoma County, California by Nikki Marie herself. The pink design workshop is fully solar powered. She works hand in hand with a talented manufacturing team in China. To reduce any waste, we produce in small batches with our Oeko-Tex Standard 100, BSCI and SEDEX certified manufacturer in Hangzhou City, China. That means no formaldehyde or lead in the fabrics and ethical production.

Low Waste!
We print very small runs of inventory and pre-sell many of our best sellers to ensure that each original artwork scarf is going to someone that truly LOVES it. We do not produce mass bulk. Some pieces have only 50 or less ever made! This is why limited edition collections sell out quickly.

Love,
Nikki Marie

Climate Commitment

We clean up after ourselves

Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. That's why we support cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the air.

Together, participating businesses have…

  • Removed thousands of tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere
  • Provided carbon-neutral shipping on more than ten million orders

Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

Let's meet a few of the companies removing our shipping emissions.

Heirloom

Heirloom's direct air capture technology enhances the carbon mineralization process. Heirloom's technology speeds up the rate at which naturally occurring minerals capture CO₂ rather than using energy-intensive fans to draw air in.

Remora

Remora captures CO₂ from semi-truck tailpipes as they drive, with the CO₂ destined for long-term storage.

Charm

Charm captures CO₂ using plant waste, converts it into a stable, carbon-rich liquid, and safely stores it deep underground—out of reach of wildfires and soil erosion.
