STANDARD SIZING ORDERS

Each Standard Sizing Nikki Marie garment and/or accessory is handmade to order just for you in our Sonoma County, California workshop, so we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted for full refund or store credit for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn & unharmed. Nikki Marie reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery. Please note our postage & packaging is free but if an order is returned/exchanged by a customer any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer. 
Just email us at returns@nikkimarieapparel.com to request a return, and we will send you a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Nikki Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

Any custom or altered garment cannot be returned or exchanged.

JEWELRY

Any jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment does not clear,  your order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS Priority Mail. 

Shipping occurs Monday – Friday

Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
