Return Policy + Terms Of Service

STANDARD SIZING ORDERS

Each Standard Sizing Nikki Marie garment and/or accessory is handmade to order just for you in our Sonoma County, California workshop, so we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
Returns are accepted for an even exchange or store credit for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn & unharmed. 
Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, etc. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Nikki Marie reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery.
Please note if an order is returned for an even exchange or store credit, the postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer. 
Just email us at returns@nikkimarieapparel.com to request a return, and we will send you a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Nikki Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact returns@nikkimarieapparel.com who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.

MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

Any custom or altered garment cannot be returned or exchanged.

SILK SCARVES

Returns are accepted for an even exchange or store credit for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn & unharmed. Nikki Marie reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery.

JEWELRY

Any jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and non returnable.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment does not clear,  your order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping occurs Monday – Friday

Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
