We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items and accessories, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. all returns must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
You may obtain return authorization via emailing email@example.com, or by calling 650-649-8356. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered. The merchandise must be received at our workshop within 45 days. You may give the package to the United States Post Office or any UPS location. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Once your return is checked in, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

Nikki Marie guarantees against defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing N@Nikkimarieapparel.com, or calling 650-649-8356.
Nikki Marie merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products use limited quantity fabrics and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 650-649-8356 to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service (which is Nikki Marie) please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our workshop.
