I like to think I am a city girl. Wherever I travel, I find it easy to just go with the pace of that culture. I love San Francisco. However, San Francisco housing is cray cray. Thank goodness it is only an hour away from me, so I can get my city girl fix. In this blog post I took elements (knits, lace, stripes and lots of color) from street style I've seen in the beautiful SF, but added my twist.

One thing is for certain, city girls love textured fabrics and to stand out. With the Talisa Tee Dress, it is so easy to mix into your wardrobe. It's like your favorite tee, but now it's acceptable to wear as a dress. Yes, I've seen someone wear a basic t-shirt as a dress with less to the imagination. Not your ideal sight seeing. Yikes!

Now this is what I like to see in street style. It is fun and full of texture. Love my Rag & Bone leather boots. They are on repeat through my Fall wardrobe.

We are seeing a lot of bold stripes for this season and I am pretty thrilled about it. Stripes are one of those universal prints that never go out of style. I picked a multi stripe with designing the Talisa Tee Dress because I found it to be more flattering than a single continuous stripe. You're going to like the way you look and feel in this dress.

Have fun with your hair too! I just added three black bobby pins in a row with an exaggerated side part thrown up in a messy side bun.

Oh how I love faux fur and it is so fun this season. You're seeing lots of vibrant vests, coats, accessories and even stoles like this favorite of mine, the Faux Fur Stole

So next time you want to own that city girl badge, make sure you walked out with an outfit that is fit for the unpredictable weather and nothing less than bold.
